Welcome to Clyde Property Mentors. We're a Glasgow-based business helping people like you get smarter about commercial property investment across the UK. We teach you how to find undervalued properties and properly work out your return on investment (ROI). These terms explain how we work together when you use our services.
Your Agreement With Us
When you sign up for our mentoring, use our website, or interact with us, you're agreeing to these terms. It's important you read them. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, then our services might not be the best fit, and you shouldn't use them.
Our Mentoring Services
We offer practical mentorship for commercial property investment. This includes showing you how to find properties that are worth more than they appear, and how to calculate the real financial returns you can expect. Our advice is based on our experience in the UK market. We're here to guide you, not to make your investment decisions for you.
Payments and Cancellations
Details about how you pay for our services, including any upfront costs, will be agreed with you directly before we start. If you need to cancel a session or our service, please let us know as soon as you can. Any cancellation policies or refund details will also be made clear at the time of booking. We try to be fair and reasonable.
What We Expect From You
To make sure our mentoring works well for you, we need you to:
- Give us accurate and honest information about your investment goals and financial situation.
- Keep appointments and be ready to learn.
- Understand that commercial property investment has risks. We'll show you how to reduce them, but we can't guarantee profits or protect you from all market changes.
- Use the information we give you responsibly and legally.
Our Materials and Your Use of Them
All the stuff we share with you – our methods, advice, guides, and any other materials – belongs to Clyde Property Mentors. You can use these for your own personal commercial property investing and learning. But please don't copy, share, or sell our materials to anyone else without our say-so. That's just not fair.
Limitation of Our Responsibility
We work hard to give you solid, practical advice. However, property investment always involves risk, and the value of investments can go down as well as up. We can't be held responsible for any financial losses you might suffer. Our role is to mentor and guide, not to bear the risk of your investments. We're not financial advisors in the regulated sense, nor are we giving you legal advice. Always do your own research or seek professional advice before making big decisions.

These terms and any disagreement that comes from them will be sorted out under the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. We're a Scottish business, and that's how we roll.
